Any believers in the benefits of grape juice?

We've heard loads about red wine, so many think red grape juice does the same job, I noticed Lidl sell Grape Juice and it's one ofthe few times I've seen a juice made entirely from the fruit rather then 90% water 10% concentrate, etc
