Is there anyway i can stop my sunburn peeling or speed it up or help it in anyway?

    Yes, health.

    And last time I was sunburnt, I used yoghurt. It relieves a lot and I do think it also helps the peeling a bit.

    Have a hot shower. It speeds it up a little. Tomato is meant to soothe sunburn also.

    Wimp :p

    When I was on holiday and got really bad sunburn on my shoulder (we're talking big fuck-right-off blisters and shit) I just kept soaking a towel in cold water and keeping it on my shoulder. Of course Calomine Lotion helps lots.

    Lol Hellfire hun I also got sunburnt at reading-grr in the bad weather we had-I managed even with suntan cream on, to get sunburnt in the like, 10 minutes of sun we had! grr! But its not peeling-damnit I love to peel burnt skin! Swap skin?

    I would also recommend using the aloe vera lotion-or gel like my mom has-it is really soothing.
