Feeling the heat

Whenever I'm at school, or I'm out in the evening, I always feel very hot. I'm not sure why, but whenever everyone else has jumpers on, i'm always in a t-shirt wanting to have the window open! It only happens when I'm indoors, but it is very uncomfortable, especially when in a restaurant or bar.

Any idea why this happens, or what I can do?

Are you on any medication?

You should probably check with your doc if it's causing you problems.

I often feel hot - I used to get referred to as the human radiator by a few girls. (handy on cold nights <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="wink.gif" border="0">) This is linked to my high metabolism. DO you eat lots and not put on weight?

I also get very hot and stuffy, it's horrible! It's best to wear lots of thin layers so you can strip off layer by layer! It makes it worse when shops have really high heating on.

Just today on the way home a couple of friends called me an idiot for walking back in the wind and rain in a T-shirt and shorts.

I'm with you all the way, I bought an ice lolly today in the rain cos I was boiling!

Oh and while standing at London bridge station I had a lovely ice milkshake with a girl from my school. Now if that doesn't make the normal people feel cold, face it you're freaks like us <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="biggrin.gif" border="0">

does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could make myself feel less warm? (I mean when i'm out at a bar or club)
