Simple and repetitive back excersize

Anyone know of any? Recently my back has been a bit funny and I'm pretty sure it's due to bad posture and weak muscles, does anyone know any simple exercises that build up the muscles? I tried looking for some websites but they gave me some stupidly complex excersizes where you lay on the floor and lift your lower abdomen up :confused: or something and stretch apposing arms/legs. Very confusing, and made me feel no better but feel like a plonker :)

    Dorsal raise - lie on the floor face down and raise your shoulders (and legs if you want) off the floor in a superman type flying position.

    Then your usual sit ups and weights, were you pull down from behind ya, if you can get yourself to a gym.

    Though bare in mind, it is harder to gain back muscles so ya need to be determined and try and set yourself a routine.
