Simple and repetitive back excersize
Anyone know of any? Recently my back has been a bit funny and I'm pretty sure it's due to bad posture and weak muscles, does anyone know any simple exercises that build up the muscles? I tried looking for some websites but they gave me some stupidly complex excersizes where you lay on the floor and lift your lower abdomen up or something and stretch apposing arms/legs. Very confusing, and made me feel no better but feel like a plonker
