    All I do is try to swallow it as soon as possible. I dont want it on my tongue for enough seconds that I can taste it. I always make sure to go the whole brushing teeth, mouthwash, flossing and drinking lots of water after I do that. :yuck:

    From my experience, it does work and its very yummy :yum:
