heehee (and I entered a relatively correct amount, taking into account extra spending money I get of my parents).
350 people own half the world's wealth- that's private wealth by the way, perhaps that's the confusion lies. Now, I know not all that wealth is in cash or cash equivalent, but the point was, let's take that money away from those 350 people and divide against the nearly 4bn people who are in severe poverty. By providing investment, housing, schools, education, food aplenty and disposable cash for every last one of them.
There: a bit unjust on the 350 super rich fat cats (though one must wonder who anyone can possibly justify possessing billions of dollars in personal wealth- I certainly can't), but the right thing to do for the common good of the human race.
The world would be a much better place for it, don't you agree?
Saying that socialism is the cause of the worlds problems is a bit rich, especially when most European countries are socialist and spend a good amount of money on alleviating the problems in the 3rd world, wether it be with cash, or by keeping the peace.
For 350 people to have enough money to buy out half the planet is obscene, if you think otherwise then you are one sick fuck.
If you believe it is right to have enough money to keep several HUNDRED million people alive and choose not to then you don't deserve to be called human.
Look here Aladdin. Either you recognise private property or you don’t. There can’t be any third way like this kind of property is good but that kind of property is bad. It is not about economics and politics, it’s about morality and philosophy.
If you agree that people have the right to own things they got without aggressive violence this mean they have the right to own as many things as they can get. So somebody’s billions are as right and legal as somebody’s pennies.
But if you think that one’s billions are illegal this means the other’s pennies are illegal as well. Because the difference in quantity doesn’t make the difference in quality. If you believe one has no right on his billions which he got not using violence but just because he is more talented, skilled, smart plus a large slice of luck of course that automatically means you don’t recognise the right of a cleaner or a labourer or a pizza deliverer on their pennies. The way they got their property is the same way a billionaire got his property- work, trade, exchange, buying and selling. And if a billionaire’s factories are not his this means a barber’s scissors, a carpenter’s saw, a cabby’s car, a farmer’s tractor are not theirs either.
And if you start from taking away fat cats’ banks you will necessary finish taking away beggars’ panties ( and heads) as all revolutionaries did.
We got no states there and when your planet was discovered our scientists were shocked. How can you survive having all these presidents, parliaments, tax collectors, armies, prisons, mass media? So I was sent to investigate what the hell is happening here. I have chosen a country where the greatest laws of Nature were discovered, gravitation ( by Newton), electromagnetism ( by Maxwell), evolution (by Darwin), economics ( by Adam Smith), hard rock ( by Lead Zeppelin)
The bad thing is we couldn’t manage to find any physical difference between humans and creatures that rule them. The only thing we know for sure those creatures are sillier than ordinary Earthpeople. But this can’t be the reason, right?
So we have a lot of theories.
Maybe they have some generators of unknown rays suppressing your will?
Maybe they have some hypnotic power?
Maybe they are robots ruled from Galaxy of Nasty Cats?
I have to admit I still got no clue to this mystery…
