I need a new pair but I don't want to pay more than £30, anyone have any suggestions on a good brand for that price?

Yeah for a really decent pair you do have to pay a small fortune.:(

Go too argos and enter cat number 442/1599 thier £35 but fairly good!

I bought a pair of Nicky Clarke ones, they are dead slim and were just under £30. Used them when I got home from town and seem to work fine with my hair.

Do you have hair that is realtively straight all ready? Just I have really thick and frizzy hair so I need a pair that are pure ceramic = a fortune!

Yeah my hair is kinda straight already just has wee kinks. My hair is fine too so can't use anything that gets too hot.

and I've just purchased some remington ceramics for £5.95, but I haven't used them yet (my hair is majorly dried out so I'm just tying it up every day to make it feel better)

Just I've got a natural wave in my hair and it's quite thick...

so will the remington ones be better than the teflon ones?

It will depend how hot they get and on your hair type.
