Pain/Trapped nerves,

Well the past couple of months my hand/wrist to my arm where the elbow is has been getting a trapped nerve feeling, This is both arms and sometimes it's so hard I can barely use my hand for a few min, Any idea's what it could be, it's like a sharp shooting pain, it's not so much the pain I just getting annoyied with it.

    Is there any good creams your stuff you can use for aches/trapped nerves,

    Someone said it could me a RSI from me using the pc to much, but I've been using the pc for like years and never had the problem, also my joints in my hands have been getting tight and hurt if I don't click them..

    Not sure what to suggest mate. Try a little Deep Heat or something. I get that in my ribs if I sleep funny but it goes after a day or so.

    the pain comes and goes, I get about three attacks aday and it hurts like a bitch, just worried about my joints aswell

    make an appointment to see your GP but in the meantime take some ibuprofen.

    Yeah but you can visit your GP!
    Honestly, there's not much we can help you with here when we don't know w hat it is - you need to get it checked professionally.
