Extreme dizzyness

About half an hour ago I was reading some stuff on me PC and all of the sudden I VERY dizzy. Like the times when you were a child and you would spin around stop then feel like falling over, etc. That's how I felt apart form afterwards I feel a little tired and spaced out if you like. It's happened to me once before which was months ago. Both times when I was using the computer and being a little engrosse din what I was doing. Maybe it's the computer??

people are advied to take breaks during long periods of computer use cos it can cause side effects in individuals, such as dizziness, blurred vision, eye ache, wrist ache, back ache, headaches and in extreme cases, seizures, especially if a person is photo epileptic.
i'd advise just take 15 mins away from the pc and get a drink or somethign then come back. you should be fine then.
