Bad Boyz

Why do a lot of girls go out with bad boys (ie the ones that pick fights, and bully people) I know this one guy who wont make anyything of his life, arses about but he still gets all the girls (younger ones may I add) And theres this one girl I really got on well with but she is goin out with this guy that used to bully me ages ago, and she has really changed (smoking etc) and stopped talkin to me. I know its personal taste but it really bugs me.
