basically, wdnt let her to anything because girls shouldnt be involved (she wants to be a theatre lighting technician). When it came to her AS practical (a big part of her exams), allowed the guys to control where the lights went, she didnt have an input into it at all. also gave her the damaged part of the lighting boards memory so she had to reprogram all her lighting states everytime she wanted to go through them. he didnt want to let her reenrol for the second year because he thought she wouldnt be able to make it in the industry. so she went elsewhere.

The only thing you can do is complain to the highest level that you can, and ensure that the ansdwer is satisfactory.

revenge is good, but making him lose his job would be the best way of doing it. Then go around and shit through his letterbox.

Dont try and get personal revenge, but try and make sure this sort of thing doesnt happen again. Its really important and your friend should do it too. Try and enlist the support of other girls who it has affected to. Its a very serious issue and he needs to be stopped from affecting other young womens future careers like that.

No evidence he didnt just think other people were better.
And by leaving i6 she gave up the fight, best6 you coulc do would be have him looked at by his superiors but its not going to achieve anything.

So get over it, she left its finished.
And as rainbow brite said all you can do now is make sure it dont ahppen again, but i dont think its your fight anymore!

Personally I would not want it to happen again but id never get someone in that much bother so they'd lose thier job. Yes complain but dont make the fella lose his job.If it was a job where someones life was at steak and they did something wrong then yes Id agree, but not for this.
