Last night i went out and ending up fighting with my ex bf/stalker. My wrist really hurts now, ive been to the shop but they have no support bandages, has anyone got any other idea of how to ease the pain and sort it out a bit?

    Ibuprofen or another anti-inflammatory like Arnica cream.

    Exactly the same happened to me and I had to walk round with a black and bruised wrist for days with everyone saying 'How'd you get that?' annoyingly. I dunno what to do about the pain though, I just kind of left mine and tried not to touch it. If it's bruised on the outside you could try some tiger balm or something.
    Hope it gets better :)
