hiya everyone, lately I have been quite dizzy (lets say for the past two weeks) i haven't been able to keep my balance that well (when standing) for a long period of time.

I am almost always tired and always abit cold :confused: strange i know.

I don't know what this could be so if anyone has any clues please tell me.

oh yeah and i am getting enough sleep

    dizzy, cold and tired sounds like either you're a bit anaemic, or something is sapping your strength (virus, gladular fever, etc). have you been eating properly? could you possibly be pregnant?

    i have been eating properly. well i dont really eat a proper breakfast otherwise i will just puke it up and then i eat a snack at lunch time and eat dinner with a snack after.

    Please dont scare me at whether i might be pregnant i am pretty sure i am not.

    Get your blood pressure checked - usually effects your balance and low bp in particular can make people feel dizzy.
