stopping the mini pill

Ive made a decision...I want to stop taking the mini-pill. Can i just stop today, so not taking my one for today and then no more, or do i need to wait until i finish the pack or wait til my period is over?

Its confusing. There are instructions about this for the pill, but not for the mini pill. Any ideas? Thanks! :)

oh...and what can i expect after stopping btw? Im assuming everything doesnt go back to "normal" instantly
