HELP!!!

my boyfriend who is 22 has got a kid who is 1yrs old. he doesnt live with her and doesnt get on with the mother. he wants me to be involved with his kid but im only 18 i feel to young and scared. i love my boyfriend but im finding it hard to except he has this kid can anyone offer any advice? am i just being stupid

No you're not being stupid. Try explaining to him that you're finding it hard to get a grip of and you're not sure in what way he wants you to be involved. If what he says is too much for you tell him and maybe you can come to some arrangement.

No i dont think ur being stupid either, just talk things thru with him.

I would be scared and wouldn't have a clue if i were in ur position. He probably didn't have a clue when he became a dad but he had to learn, and you do to (if u want to be involoved). if you dont feel comfortable around the kid just tell him and try to make him understand.
