Office romances

Would you ever have a fling with someone you worked with, even if your employers had banned office romances?

Yeah I think so, dont know y an employer would ban them, my old work my manager was married to some1 there, another person 2 people were going out with 2 morw ppl who worked there, tjink work is 1 of the best places to meet some1 n it shouldnt b banned cos it will just lead to sneaking around.

Saying that my dad keeps going out with girls from his work, n he's not meant to go out with ppl in his department cos he's boss... He went out with his secretary for almost a year, she was like 28 i think, n they had to sneak around cos they;d've been fired.

    U n Dom thinking of getting together??? <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/tongue.gif">

Office romances (or desktop quickies) are a bit of a catch 22 situation really. You have to think about the whole issue of sexual harrasment; many women have made false claims after relationships ended, and have ended up suing the company. I guess employers should have the right of protecting themselves against this, but surely two colleagues have the right to date or just sleep together, if they want to! Catch 22.
