just what is it!?
is it voting for everything governmental as in america?
is it a referendum on EVERYTHING?
is it people not fed up enough to overthrow their tyranical ruler
surely democracy is different in the eyes of everyone?
in facist italy you could still vote for local representative they just had to be of mussilinis party.....
in the soivet union they still had some of suggestion from the bottom up
