Yoghurt helps, it soothes your firey quim. Hehe! Nah, I just put mine's in the freezer with a tampon dipped inside for a half hour, lobbed some on my other bits, wore a pair of knickers and did it for a few nights!

It's really good! It eases it off if it's at early stages. Since it encourages natural bacteria and the like. Eating it helps if you're not too keen on yoghurt up ya bits and bobs ;P

Make sure you don't wash your bits with any fancy showery soap or owt. Just douche it with water, otherwise it's back to being feckin aggrivated ;(

If none of this works, pop along to your local FPA and ask for some cream or owt.

Try to wear cotton knickers rather than those made from manmade fibres.

Nah, cranberry juice and water's for cystitis or other UTIs. The yoghurt trick works, but alternatively you could go to the chemist and ask for either a cream, a pessary or a pill... i used to use the cream or pessary, but the tablet works just as well, if not better to get rid of it :) It's quite expensive though (cheapest is £11)... might be worth going to the doc's and getting a prescription, even though you have to pay prescription charges.
