Help Naming a Designer

I've seen different items from this designer and it's mens clothes the ones that I've seen are tops. It has three small feather like things on them on all the clothes I've seen of this designer. The feather-like things are cut out of the front and there is material behind them.
If anyone knows what designer it is, it would be much appreciated.
