Not sure what this is

but I have this thing on my arm like a spot but it looks like a block folical (sp) and its really really sore and red. Is there anything that I can do to sooth it? Would antiseptic cream help?

    Most antiseptic creams have local anaesthetic, so shouldn't do any harm. Or possibly an anti-inflammatory like Arnica cream might soothe it.

    yeah will try that. Its just annoying because it like on the underneath of my arm and it is rubbing against my clothes which makes it redder.
