I know I'm going to sound daft, but I quite like some of the bags in Claire's Accessories at the moment! They're about £8 which seems fairly reasonable.

I thought I was the only one that thought prices like this are way to much to pay for a bag?

it is if you consider it probably cost less that £1 to make, and took about 40 minutes.

i'd pay more for a sturdy backpack or a leather bag, but not a simple tote.

    hell yeah!

those £5 bags from topshop have pretty cool designs, and would be nice if they weren't made from that horrid plane pillow type material.

Primark or Peacocks usually. Some times the market. I've never had to throw a bag away or take it back because of quality.

My most expensive bag is £30 - it's leather and it'll last me ages so that doesn't bother me. I've got 2 bags from the kiddie's section in Asda, that were about £4. So I can do cheap too. :)

Ooooh bags. I'm a really stingy person when it comes to bags and prefer a bargain as I'd rather spend money on booze and other more important things!

Though I'm a total bargain bag addict. Claires had a pound sale on and it was then bogof too-so I had about ten bags for a fiver! OMG!!! Ok I may never use some but hey, if an outfit calls for a bag at least I have it!

There is a really gorge bag in New Woman this month but not sure if the company is mail order or online. They're called Octopus. The bags are shaped as a watering can and a teapot. Sounds awful but they are so cute!

Try Ebay too for some bargain bags!
