A little bit ago I broke up with a girl because although we care about each other very much, it would be better for us in the long run. I am now with this very sweet girl who I adore, but a couple of days ago me and my ex- got together and had sex. (totally unplanned). My ex- told me that no one will ever have to know and that we can keep it between her and I, but I have to tell my girlfriend anyways. The thing is, I have no idea what to tell her. I'm sure there's someone out there who can help me, I'm just not sure who.
