Will sound crazy, but all my life I have confused which foods thicken your 'waste' and which... Don't.

The reason for question is that the day after a grog session when I have gut-ache and am feeling the unpleasantness, I want to know which foods will help my stomache.

So, is it fibre which thickens or doesn't? Any suggested food? Yes, I feel ignorant.

    not entirely sure what your on about, but this is what i think you mean:

    fibre keeps your guts healthy, and keep everything moving through nicely.


    if you've got a dodgy stomach and want gentle food, try dry toast, boiled rice, bananas, pasta, boiled potatoes...

    Not diarrhoea, but slightly more towards that path than regular removal.
