When me n my m8s go out clubbing n stuff we usually pull.. none of us r into commitment stuff...
A load of times recently going out m8s have pulled girls which I think is wrong... there were these 3 girls who followed us into a club we go to cos we were skaters n they love skaters. thing in with the club n e 1 can get in, they got in looking bout 14, one girl tried it on with me n I told her to fuck off cos of the age thing... one of my ,m8s pulled her n another 1 pulled her m8... I thought it was sick cos we're all like 19...
I had a go at them about it n they all just said 'so'?

What age differences do u think r Ok??

I guess if two ppl r like minded and like eachother, age gap should not be an issue. However I think this only stands when the younger person is old enough to be emotionally prepared for a relationship.

The legal issues are also really important.

Considering biological facts we were given a sex drive so that we could procreate. A girl that is not developed enough to bear a healthy child without complications shouldn't really be having sex simply because her body is not really ready to cope with it. I know a lot of 14 year old girls do go and have healthy babies but it is a fact that these type of pregnancies are more risky.

I don't think any 14 year old girl that has sex can actually say that she enjoys it anyway.

Despite this it will still happen though. I am not dissing down young teenagers that have sex, I am simply saying that I believe most young ppl of this age are not really emotionally or physically ready for it.

I certainly wish I could go back in time and tell myself to wait longer and all my mates are the same. A 14 year old girl that has sex would probably disagree but I can almost guarantee that when she is a bit older she will feel differently.

I think you are doing the right thing, Daze by not getting emotionally or sexually involved with such a young girl and I think your friends could be playing with fire.

Anywayz, Daze.... where do u go out in Reading? I live in Reading and sometimes my bro comes down from Derby to go out clubbin with me and he is a skateboarder. We should all hook up sometime.

Go out loadsa different places in Reading.... usually in the Turtle n Matrix... Go to Cumbers a bit n the Boxing club if n e things on... Fez if nothings else on... what bout u?

Back on topic:

Age gaps vary as you get older. Guys generally go for younger girls and girls for older guys. This means that a 14 year old guy should be looking for a relationship with someone the same age or maybe 1 or 2 years younger, but a 14 year old girl is normally looking for a relationship with a guy at least 3 years older.

I agree with Daze - 19 is too old for 14 year old. I guess about the youngest a 19 year old should decently look at is about 16.

Having said that, I'm 16 and have friends of all ages. I go into town with people as young as 13 and as old as 19. I'm young for my class, so I socialise a lot with people 2 or 3 years older than me. Sometimes it's nice to be able to reduce yourself to a lower level (no offence meant to anyone who is 13/14).

Daze, I've only been in Reading since April and the onlt place I've been is down the Riverside and to PoNaNa's or whatever its called!

I am more into London clubbin, ie Trade at Turnmills and Fabric.

Yeah Reading is pretty shitty for clubs... got a chemical Bros concert 2night which'll be phat but I usually go up London as well... Ponana that's the place that don't serve n e thing draught init.... been there a few times but not my sorta place..
