I didn't get a proper boner :( We had been together all day (I'd been getting boners all day) and kissing but then we stood up and it came to the crunch and I couldn't get a proper boner :( she started touching me but it still wouldn't come back :( Is this so abnormal?

    Not abnormal, probably typical. You're putting a lot of pressure on yourself to 'perform' so to speak, and you can get stage fright, esp if it's your first time (which I'm guessing it is?). Just take things slowly, try and relax and make sure you are totally ready. It can take a while to be comfortable in each others company and be emotionally ready for sex.
