..............Many people who post in this forum dont post anywhere else very much. So I know this isnt the 'norm' for this forum but would anyone like to write a few sentences about themselves ?
Like marital status, age, education background we dont really know much about anyone here so Id just like to get some background info from people in this forum

Im born and bred in the North East.
Never really been into politics at all till i came here, still learning.

My interest in politics has stemed from drug laws and grown to encompass the whole lot. I dont have the spirit for all out politics junkie status, it depresses me too quickly, but I can feel myself being sucked in a bit.

I don't know all that much about politics really and I get upset when people disagree / yell at me in debates so don't know why I'm here really

Middle class, doing 3 A-levels (English, Politics, Geography) at a non denominational grammer school. Hope to go to Durham uni to do Anthropology and then maybe Journalism.
My mum is centre right while my dad would have no real leanings either way but would cynically criticise most government policy. Despite this, I'd be centre left on most things except local politics (to an extent)

In my last year at a comprehensive school, which is now actually a Technology College I think (Best Technology facilities in Essex, 3rd best technology facilities in England or something). Taken one GCSE early in October, take the rest June/July time. After that I'll stay on for 6th Form at my school and study English, Phsycology, Drama, and Film Studies.
