Most people have a problem with confidence and many find it hard to do things they are desperate to do.

I find the best way to build up confidence is to think of the advantages and disadvantages and weigh them up to find the best and worst outcome...

So what are your best methods of building up confidence to do that special something?

    Nah mine has just developed... i went from no confidence at all, to overconfident, and now i think i've got it right.
