she might be putting you off because shes not sure about the way she feels or
as said above, she may be shy, and like me may have trouble expressing how she really feels. Try and talk to her a bit about it, try and get her to open up about stuff, i usually manage if i have a bit of encouragement

Ill just have to agree with those two ^^^^^, try and talk to her about it!
It matters not who won or lost, but how you place the blame.
i dont agree with this. ok so maybe she doesnt like him in that way but there is the chance that she does and is just to shy and scared to talk about her feelings. i myself am like that and am absolutely scared shitless of telling a guy how i feel. i just prefer not talking about it and so maybe this is how she feels.
anyways turtlehead talk to her as i said before or u'll never know if she likes you or not
cuz if u say it to someone, and then feel more about someone else, it wasnt true love the first time ... so then you'd never be sure
Death is one of the few things that can be done as easily lying down. The difference between sex and death is that with death you can do it alone and no one is going to make fun of you
Personally, I think that "love" is an UNDERUSED term in the English language. The sexual form of love has swamped all other meanings of the word.
The Greeks had (at least) three distinct words for love:
philos - love as between friends, or for something inanimate
agape - brotherly or familial love
eros - erotic / sexual love
I forget the point I was trying to make now... Or perhaps that was it.
