    I gave up fags and booze a while back, I now treat my body as a temple and I can't say I've noticed any difference in the boner department. Given that there was no problem in the stonking boner department before, I guess that might be why there is no difference.

    the areas highlighted do not work from my experience, they only make it ache more from attempts to keep "one" for longer, the penis was not designed to be kept up for prolonged periods and thus I no longer try to, but then my opinion is bias for who knows how older men feel about this? Also the penis must "de-erect" before you can "erect" it again as far as I know and thus again is not able to stay erect for long periods of time!
