Can it be done or is it down to two individuals consenting on a divorce?

How the fuck would they be able to divorce anyone?
an intresting dilemma :chin:
what you have to ask yourself, is who would marry someone like that in the first place?
What do you mean "on behalf of someone"?
And the two parties don't need to consent on a divorce, normally they do and it's just a casde of the judge stamping a form, but if they don't it becomes a proper court case. Both parties have to petition, and the judge will decide whether to award one or not based on the facts.
But it's very rare for parties not to agree on divorce. Annullment is a different matter, and the case files are quite interesting to read *nod*
