Don't take the laughing thing personally! My guess is that she's dead nervous as well as enjoying herself! If she has trouble standing up, then try it with her sitting/laying on the bed. It's a lot easier to come if you're relaxed. It sounds like she did have an orgasm, but their different with different people. Some people don't make a sound and others scream blue murder! Did you actually ASK her?? That's always a good move!
