why do i feel....

like just under my rib cage in the middle i get like this uncomfortable burning feelin and i also have got a really achey back kinda where my kidneys are. on top of all that iv felt sick in the middle of the night for the past couple of nights, any ideas what this could possibly be?

    It could be a simple water infection, Id see the doc and get them to do a urine test just to check.
