I know there are many people who go through stress far worse than I do.. but after chilling out for a period over xmas and getting all the stress and worry out of my system (ask anyone who knows me - i worry too much) well it's started to come back with my dad telling me to do coursework and such and.. I just worry about everything. Over the past 2 days I've lost my appetite almost completely. I've got the shakes lol and seem to be fatuigued lots of the time ie: sleeping really early. This could be just xmas period but it's really getting me down :/

Stress is a funny thing - we all get it but sometimes we cope better than others - and it's often difficult to tell why. Try and understand why you get stressed and how you can limit the damage it causes to your life. Mind has a good factsheet on coping with stress:
    http://www.mind.org.uk/Information/Booklets/Mind+guide+to/Mind+guide+to+managing+stress.htm

They also have a factsheet on coping with student stress:
    http://www.mind.org.uk/NR/exeres/DDF6C02C-4578-48CD-ABDE-7B0B51A25575.htm?NRMODE=Published&wbc_purpose=Basic&WBCMODE=PresentationUnpublished

If it continues to affect you badly you may find it useful to visit your GP or a student counsellor to talk things through further.

I'm the same, when I'm really stressed I get really bad tension headaches. Basically my head feels like it's exploding, I can't stand still, I'm dizzy and it's hard to see. Not very nice  the stress for me comes from my school as we have like 3 coursework deadlines a week, exams and blah blah blah being a grammar school and all  but for me the best way to deal with it is just to take 1/2 hour break from it all a day, even by just watching tv and stuff. don't worry in 5 months we'll have our GCSE's over and done with :D
