dog piss

I have a dog who is almost 2 years old,
For some reason he's started peeing on the Kitchen floor at night, usually against the back wheel of my bike.

We have a dog flap and garden and we always take him out last thing before bed.

Anyone know why he keeps doing this?

My Boyfriends mother said 'he's showing off' but the whole Idea that a dog 'shows off' is alien to me!

    Maybe he associates the bike with you going away, and he doesn't like you going away so pisses on the bike?

    maybe youve rode over some dog shit, or another dog has peed over your bike and your dog is trying to reclaim his territory.
    Either way id clean your bike thoroughly and spray something lemony on it because they dont like that.
