Is there a good scanner software package that I can download? Mine (Microsoft Picture IT!) is shit.

    Ususally the best one is what comes with your scanner.

    If you are running on Windows XP, the Scanner/Camera wizard that comes with it is brilliant, it is what i use. Open my computer, there should be an icon there for it. If not, depending on your scanner, the manufacturer software is normally the best.
