Sour Milk

My mum bought a litre of milk yesterday, today it is all lumpy and :yuk:

It has Jan 03 printed on it aswell.

Just as well I put it into a bowl instead of slugging it. That happened to a teacher of mine once, Glug! euch. After she told us, I told myself never to slug milk from the carton again.

So, I am sitting with a box of Golden Nuggets and no milk for them. They taste OK.

OK PEOPLE, THE DATE ON IT IS PRINTED AS ABOVE. IT IS READ AS JANUARY THE THIRD. NOT JANUARY 2003.

    I've drank milk from the carton when it's been sour before. It wasn't even out of date, but it was one of those cardboard cartons and it was a bit misshapen, must've had a hole in or something? :confused:

    It tasted alright, a bit funny. I don't care, it didn't kill me. :thumb:

    One time at this place where I used to work they had 3 month old cheese in the fridge (fuck knows why? Maybe they were doing an experiment?) and i had a big dollop of brie. Mmmm, it tasted lovely, 'til I realised. :o

    If it was January 2003, it would be fucking rock solid probably. I don't know why you would think I would keep a carton of milk in my fridge for that long :rolleyes:
