We moved from our hotel to a quite nice Hostel near the beach.

And best of all it has internet access.

Not a fan of holidays, considering they are supposed to be relaxing they cause no end of stress!!!!

Hi. Nice to know you took time out to pop in again. The addiction has begun.

The only times I have wanted to go on the net on a holiday:

a) We were in Ghana for 3 1/2 weeks. So many adverts for Viagra and penis enlargements could be missed in time. And I didnt want these to overtake my proper emails. However I now just tell people I am going away so they dont email me

b) In Florida, and we ended up next door to some archtypal uppermiddle class WASPs who weren't to happy about staying next door to black people, so I avoided leaving the safety of the house/pool on my own, so there was not much to do on the days when we didn't go out.

i know when im on holiday a lot of the hotels have a computer (usualy really shite) but i just dont want to go on it, im on holiday godamit!!!

Actually I´m having a good time at night , during the days we mainly do sight seeing except the people I´m with are more interested in posing for photos to prove to their friends they´ve been to Barcelona, whilst I´m more interested in actually enjoying it, relaxing, having a cappicino, nice meal, etc. They are the sad cases how have eaten at McDonalds, Burger King and KFC whilst I´ve been trying the local food.

And I´ve just come home and it´s 6am here after a night out in a Barcelona Club, so how´s that boring?

And yes it is nice to have internet access and send my mum free SMS and Emails from the net so she don´t worry. At the most I´ve used it for 5 to 6 minutes a day whilst being here. And if anyone has ever stayed in a Hostel they´ll know one of the best places to meet peopl is in the Cyber cafe part of the hostel. Met an Aussie guy today and helped him looked for flight to London on the net and then we ended up going to 3 bars and a club.

And it´s handy to spend 5 minutes on the internet to look up local maps, gigs and find out what places are good to go to then waste my time and miss out or take a wrong direction .. so there

So is that being a Geek or being smart!!!

Sad is people who have no one in the world to worry about them so it don´t matter if there´s not internet to send emails, post to send a letter or telephone to call home, cos no one will ever miss them or even relise they´re gone.

Thanks off to bed now that the bathroom is free, got to get up i nthe morning to go to some Stadium thingy... then flgiht home afterwards.

Well back, jus checking emails and thigns before turning in ..

Guess hat we were so careful through out our entire trip and on the very last day one of the guy's wallets go stolen.

Some kids came with magazines to sell whilst we were in McDonalds and the two guys kept telling them they didn't want any and when they'd gone one guys's wallet was gone from the table.
So we then spent time ringing aorund cancelling cards, reporting to the police, etc.
