Also, earlier, I was getting very angry at people I didn't even take the time to know just because of the impression I'd got of them from one experience, which was wrong, because everyone does things for their own reasons and we shouldn't hold that against them - even if it's the wrong thing. Anger is too volatile and unpredictable so should be... *thinks* misplaced. You can't supress it - but if you can prevent it occuring... I beleive that's the answer.

that man (mr motivator) was the rudest knob ive ever met! i sat next to him in Clarks when i was 6 or so, i asked him for his autograph in a polite childlike manner and he grabbed my pen and paper, signed and pratically shoved it back into my hand! :eek: so my mum told him he could shove it back up his arse :yes:
