Same. i can ignore it if i really want to. My feet and my sides are the worst though.
tis good cos people use tickling as a way to get like a mobile or letter off someone and they nvr win with me!
if you tickle my sides or belly or neck i giggle manically.
if you tickle, or even so much as touch my feet, i kick out. hard. i can't control it. i warn people about this, but my ex thought it would be funny to try anyway, and his nuts somehow got right in the path of my foot.

and i can tickle myself. only on my feet though. and it's not as ticklish as when other people do it.

I think you can't tickle yourself because subconsciously, you know what will tickle you, and you try to prevent it because it causes a type of pain. Sort of if you slapped yourself, you couldn't really slap yourself as hard as someone else who wanted to slap you could!...If that makes sense
To answer the question, I am probably the most ticklish person in the world. As soon as someone tickles me, depending on the place I either burst out laughing, have a muscle spasm, or fall on the floor, or all three. I'm ticklish under my chin, on my neck, my sides, armpits, my feet, the sides of my arms, my back near my armpits, my knees and my thighs. I think sex is going to be a nightmare for me
