My last phone call to them. I don't think the women could speak English.

I think they hire the people who cant speak english so they keep you on the phone longer and charge you more.

And the reason they cant speak english is cos its all based in Indiea(sp)
1.They speak English
2.They have ALWAYS found the number since the change
3.They've never kept me waiting longer than about 15 seconds.
yes, i know they are more expensive, but they are the only ones to be doing any good.

Even easier option is to use the web. Both BT and Yellow Pages have on-line search facilities.
yea they are based in a devleoping country like the philippines, well they say its where ppl get put thru to if the call centre in the Uk is too busy; but im not sure, i wudnt call my expert on 118 118 !
