Can using eyedrops on a regular basis be bad for your eyes and cause permament damage?

YES
But it would help if you said what they are for, etc?
The ones that get rid of the red form your eyes will make your eyes even more red over time.
Too much of everything is bad for you.
My Docotr gave me some drops and I read the leaflet - the words in rare cases tihs medicine can cause blindeness stopped me from taking them.
Got a proper hospital appointment on the 19th to see an eye specialist.
Read any leaflet about any drug etc. They say that to cover them selfs in case something happens that isn't on the leaflet and then some dude could turn round to the company and say, "you didn't tell me x so I'm going to sue you".
Take a look at what Ibuprofen can cause and people still don't take think about it. Most of these are in rare cases aswell.
nausea
vomiting
indigestion
dizziness
lightheadedness
headache
To be honest thoug, if I read that on the leaflet I wouldn't use it either..
