I dont know wat to write or where to start i just feel like a complete loser, my life is fucked, i have no freinds, no prospects, nufin.
Ive been severely depressed 4 the last 6 months or so and had 2 go on anti-depressants.I feel so lonely and isolated, i have no1 to talk 2, no1 that understands, no freinds, people dont like me cos im som shy and lack a lot of confidence.Im beginning to think that its all my fault, y dont people like me?Every1 i know always trys 2 hurt me.My life is such a mess, im dont even know who i am nemore, i just feel like a complete loser and failure. My mum gets angry wiv me cos im always so depressed and i neva go out nemore, i just wanna be by myself.I wanna die so badly, i always feel so worn out. im sorry i cant help u only u can help yourself. although i am a counsellor myself i cannot give u advice without meeting u or knowing why u may feel like this. this is not reaaly the place 4 help u need to see a doctor.

I have sent you an e-mail at your Hotmail address, I am not a counsellor bu tI am someone who has been there, I dealt with it myself and I just want you to know if you want to talk or whatever, then I am willing to make time, I know how hard it is and its completely up 2 u ok, just think about it
