When i come on my period, some months i feel really sick before im about to come on, does anyone else get this? or am i just strange?
Also i came on today, and it was like really think, brown gunk basically! (sorry for details :yuck: ) tis normal int it? :confused:

    I usually don't get sick or anything of the such before I get my period, but I usually get really bad cramps before and about a 2 or 3 days into my period. Don't know if that is much of help for ya or not.

    yeah :yes: i get that alot. normally that is what tells me i am about to come on.

    Me too, usually followed by crippling pre-period pains. And yes the brown thing is fairly normal, too, I think. Normal enough for me, anyway...
