blame beckyboo for this thread ...inspired by her them were the days.
being a wrinkly lots of things have gone in my time ...gas lights in the streets for instance! black and white telly as the norm. pounds shillings and pence ...did you know there were 240 pennies in a pound ...it was hard wok.
also gone are cobbles and cotton mills ...very common when i was a kid.
trees are still here though.

    The "Texan" ... wicked chewy caramel goodness that is sorely missed .... although not by my teeth .. :D

    I was gonna put Transformers but they came, they went but now they're back again ..... but not as good as they were before ... :D

    Oh I forgot about all the top TV shows there used to be, like,

    Button Moon, Willow the Wisp, He-Man, all gems really. Oh and of course Rainbow! I loved that show.

    aint it wierd how many things have gone but now are starting to come back. Like the mini skirt, winkle picker shoes, songs re-released, BMX bikes so you lot may need to start worrying because you may start wearing shell suits, shoulder pads and all the rest....are you worried yet :lol::lol:
