    i dunno about something i've been told, nothing really sticks out.

    the greatest thing i've learnt is music (instruments, writing/reading music etc.)

    maybe to except people for who they are and not what they are..:confused:

    God helps those who help themselves.

    I'm not particularly religious, but the concept that if you make an effort for yourself then so will other people/life in general is a nice thought. Similar to Dr Lurve's idea I suppose!

    To respect yourself as you would want to be respected. Hey, what can I say.

    All my life I wanted to be respected, just for who I really was and not what I others really want me to be and I would be willing to do the same thing back if I was treated the same way.
