Do you enjoy hot and spicy food and if so what's you're favourite Hot and Spicy dish? Indian Curry, Thai?
And how often do you eat it?


.. We have a new Skri Lanken place open up near our house and it's so HOT!! but really nice food and fairly cheap!! But word has spread quickly about this place and it's getting busier everytime I go there!!

    I prefer spicy Chinese dishes. My local does a variation of Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, and I love it :yum:

    I'm not really a great fan of spicy SE Asian dishes like Vindaloo, as they could put anything in there, and the curry powder just disguises everything else.

    I hate spicy food.

    I am really, really sensitive to it as well. One tiny bite of a chicken korma sets my mouth on fire.

    I just cannot stand it at all. :yuck:

    I like quite spicy stuff, but not too spicy.

    When we went out for a meal the other day I tried a bit of my boyfriends Chicken Madras, and it was too hot for me. But even he said for a Madras that it was hot.

    Goddamn. I just came in here to get away from that Joy of Curry programme they`re watching on tv. It`s making me hungry!

    I want a curry NOW! Spoilt for curry houses living in Coventry.

    Indian food is just elite. If I won the lottery I would eat indian takeaways for breakfast, them microwave meals are just fookin dire :impissed:

    Like any food it depends on the chef .... We have a local Chinese Takeaway around the corner from our house BUT the gu o the counter is about as rude as yo can get!! Food is lovely though so we put up with his rudeness for the 10 minutes or so you have to wait for the food to be cooked. Not that we go often at all.

    Which microwave meals did you try? Some aren't too bad.

    I think if I remember right they were from a marks and spencer food section but my memory is poor. Uve gotta be nice to the guy at the counter else you might get some secret ingredients in your oriental. I think alot depends on what time you have it too, if you have it last thing just before they close up your guaranteed to get slop where I live.

    I love anything Hot/Spicy, i cant get enough of it!!!

    However I cant stand hot(as in boiling) food and people always get confused about what i like so i get serverd a boiling hot mild curry which is not nice as it burns my ickle tongue :(

    Used to eat very very mild curries like pasanders, bhunas, kormas and such but can't eat them anymore, haven't had one for about 4 years now. The nearest i get to eating indian is naan bread and tandoori chicken pieces. Luckily i prefer chinese food anyway :)
