Guys: Unable to masturbate fully?

I'd love to be able to consistently get that feeling where you become so aroused you feel you HAVE to masturbate right away.

I get it occasionally at work in the morning, but when I go to masturbate, I find that although I still have an erection, its not as strong as it was and I cant make myself come.

Have any other guys found this?

I do to, but sometimes when I'm actually doing it the excitement sort of goes away.
