Is it a good idea to travel to somewhere you dont know to meet someone off a chat site?

    If you're planning on travelling alone check out this feature about safety abroad. If you're planning to meet someone specific, try to set some security measures in place first - make sure yiou have told some friends what you are planning to do and when you are planning to do it. Maybe arrange to call one of them at a certain time so they know when to panic if you don't call. Meet the person in a public place such as a bar or restaurant and don't go anywhere private with them unless you have told someone where you are going. Above all, use your common sense - and enjoy!
