How do i tell a best friend that i love him?

I am in love with one of my best friends and i really need to tell him. He doesn't know that i'm gay either. How do i get out of this tiny box it feels like i'm stuck in? Every time i try and bring it up i feel sick because i'm so scared.     I have a problem like that. (See my msg below), but although it does seem like there's no way out, there is. Just becuse you haven't found the exit sign yet, it doesn't mean you won't. Mail me if you need any more help cos I'm running low on time.
