This guy I like.........I've known him for a long time but only recently become good friends. The thing is...he was dumped by the girl he loved about 3 months ago and isn't over her yet. His former gf (the girl before her) took a year to get over - and when he went out with his last gf he was still in love with her. I just have no idea whether I should wait a bit longer, so some of the pain has gone away (but he could end up getting with someone else). Or whether I should make a move on him soon; and risk the fact that he'll blow me off.

How long do you think I should wait?

Cos if its until he stops talking about her i might as well not do it.

So, isn't it best to let him know how you feel, and that you want to go out with him. And if he does, that he mustn't continually talk about his ex.
